I absolutely agree with you on the post. I was completely flabbergasted when I saw the list of nominees. To add to it, people even voted for couple of the worst ones. Most of the blogs have no or little design elements to stand out.
As we have seen with the Indian Idol results, Indians do not vote objectively. Its all emotional for them. The same reason why politicians like Laloo remain in power.
Such a thing is less likely to happen in a place like the Photobloggies. And that's why I feel real good about it.

Congratulations and the award is well deserved. Thanks for the link to Zishaan's Photoblog. It is nice to see the number of Indian photobloggers increase over the months. We should probably start some sort of a photoblogring.(I am not aware of one exclusively for Indian photobloggers!) Your thoughts?. Congrats again.
