No news for me, but for you, yes definitely - Reliance to offer cheapest telecom service in India. Proud to be a small but significant part of it. (There goes another shameless plug)

Do you by some chance have any thing to do with admining the 202.138.124.xxx block?

No, I do not admin nowadays apart from the occasional help here and there. And BTW, those blocks are out of our purview, in fact, I am related with things internal. I know those blocks are notorious for virus infected servers and open relays. We know that and feel our hands are tied. :-(

Oii..... that block belongs to Reliance and we have three boxes there. And Reliance has some of the most lame personell on duty at the datacenter. Beats the pugs guys by quite a fair distance.
If you want virus infected and rooted servers, try Satyam. My logs at home are a wonderful study of different shades and hues of code red signatures.
