New Shield

An ex-KGB expert and an ex-CIA expert(!) have come up with a new shield against computer crackers. The system has continuously rotating IP addresses to confuse the crackers. Its still not clear how the system works, but still probably it has the potential. They have not given out the details. Read a little more here. :-)
